How do I change a .sty file to .pat file?
« on: July 18, 2018, 04:46:11 PM »
My Ketron SD5 keyboard only uses .pat files, unfortunately I have searched all over but can't figure out how to convert the files. Anyone know a way?
Thanks in advance :)

There is a software called StyleWorks that tries to convert sty to pat

vArranger however is a software that directly play the style from different formats, using your SD5 connected to the computer, or without the SD5 with a SD2 or other virtual instruments

Here are Yamaha PSR S650 styles converted (using StyleWorks XT Universal v 4.83) to Ketron SD1 format.
But I not sure if it will be usable. - Perhaps yes after a manual tuning.

However I think using of the vArranger is the best solution for you.
