Please explain this: the exact time to change chords. For example, when vAranger2 plays variation A with 4 measures, from the beginning until the end of the 4th measures, when does vAranger2 receive a new chord to change the chord, and how will it change.?

I am not sure to understand your question.
When the song require a change in the chords, then you play a chord, then vArranger will change it immediately
It is a good habit with arrangers to play chords a few milliseconds before the downbeat
