Yes, I purchased the original program and received it by email. I followed the steps and activated it. I unzipped it on the desktop and updated the computer. When I clicked to open it, the screen went black and then nothing happened.

I have a problem. When I double-click, my laptop screen goes black and the message ''Loading'' appears. Then it goes back to the desktop and nothing happens. It doesn't load or open.

CPU CORE I5 - 4 cores -16GB RAM - SSD256GB - 1GB Nvidia Video
Windows 10 is up to date. With all DX and C++.

All other programs on my computer open normally. Kontakt 7, Logic, Pro Tools, Sonar, Vegas, Audacity, One Man Band, all work normally.

But vArranger tries to load and doesn't open. It simply disappears.
