Title: Soft Synths
Post by: jimmiez on January 28, 2012, 10:28:00 PM
I play alot of music  just using a midi keyboard and a computer with an arrangement of virtual instruments loaded into the computer using prologic's "MainStage".   Will I be able to use this set-up with the varranger?

MainStage is software on your MAC?
Do you want to use it for right hand sounds, or accomp sounds too?

So the question about MainStage :
Can you play 8 or 16 instruments together?
Like drums + bass + guitars + Piano....

We need that.

We need also to be able to ask for program change by midi.
When you go from one style to another one, vArranger sends Program Change so the sounds will be recalled.
So does Mainstage reacts to the program changes?
