Hello everyone. I'm new to the forum.
I am considering buying Varranger2, but I have not understood if there is a way to record what you play in real time and export it in midi format to import it into cubase.
Someone can give me information about it.
Thank you
Hello,
Not directly, but you can enter a some chords in the SONG CHORDS screen, and export the song in midifile format for cubase
This is better, because all events are grid aligned

It is very good and accurate.
The only thing that would be good is that all 16 midi channels can be inserted into the MIDI-in on the vA2 (and not just one or three for the midi accordion), so that what we do can be listened to directly from Cubase.

Hello,
If you let everything run through an external VST host, you can do exactly that.
VA2 via Internal Midi and all other traces too.
Hi, I do this all the time. I save the song in midi, import it into Cubase,
then use Dissolve parts and get all the tracks separately.
Then you can edit all the tracks as you want
Hi Freakman,
How can I "let everything run through an external VST host"?
Which external VST host should I buy, and how can I connect VA2 to the external VST host ?
Hi,
There are several ways, VA2 with an internal LOOPBE30 interface, to host sound module.
I use Cantabile with 16 tracks, each track individually with samplelord and then equipped with every track with effects.
You only need to set up the whole thing once and then play with every sound font. ( Load in Samplelord )
Or Nexus4, VPS Avenger great Sounds.
Only the style in the VA2.
