Title: MP3 Song Volume

Hello,

My MP3-songs playing much to loud. I have to decrease the Style-Volume-Slider to 10-15 for an acceptable Volume.
Normally, the Styles are playing with Volume 100 wich is perfect for me, but only a MP3 plays to loud.
It also not recalled wenn I save a Song with MP3 .....
Can I change something to minimize the MP3-Volume ?

Hello,

You can set the volume very well with the free software MP3Gain later.
You can set entire folders to the same volume.
Just google MP3Gain Free CHIP and Download.

Hello,

I know about these option, but perhaps there is a setting in vArr or Windows to change the MP3-volume
without changing the MP3 itself ......
Anyway, thanks ! I try your option wenn nothing else is possible.

Yes the SONG volume is saved with the SAVE SONG. no???

Of course but the curve of the fader is strange, sometime we need to put the slider at the bottom and the sound is at the top in the middle.

After a new vArr-start, the volume of MP3-file is always 90.
I have to manualy change the volume-slider 'Style' to a very, very low range between 10 and 15 for an acceptable volume.
(More than 15 is distroiing my speakers.)
But once i have changed the volume to 10 - 15 , every MP3 song takes these value.

Wenn saving a MP3 song, there is no option 'Arranger Section'.

It should be saved anyway with SAVE SONG. Can you try it?

Hello Dan,
By SAVE SONG, the volumeslider 'Style' is not saved wenn an MP3 is loaded.
I have to to manually set the range very low (between 10-15) because MP3 are playing much to loud.
But once i set the range, every MP3 song takes this value.

Hello,

I have just tried it.
You can load a MP3, then change the SONG 'STYLE' volume slider, then do SAVE SONG
The volume of this MP3 song is now saved

For the next version, I have improved the curve of the audio slider.
I have changed it from linear to exponential, so it will be more smooth during all the slider range
But.. then all the saved MP3 will be very low at 10-15... need to save again all mp3 songs with more volume...

mmm... You are right even if it is saved, it finally recall the last song volume value
I have just corrected this for the next version

Good news, you will not have to save again all your songs.
I will automatically convert to the new curve.
Exp : 10 > 57    15 > 68   90 >118

Perfekt! While with the actual Linear Curve, 10 to 15 is much to loud for a MP3 with normalized volume.
