Can we import drum or guitar sample loops in vArranger2 to use with styles?

Possible with some VSTi of course . With using synchro  . Not possible directly on vA .

In all samplers ,Kontakt ,VS3 ,Indépendence ,emulator X etc .

I use Transfuser from Air Music Technology for that.  :)

Thanks for the reply. I was talking about the third party drum, percussion loops or guitar riffs in
wav. format. Can we import them in VA to use as a style? If yes, then how?

Yes and/or no, with Transfuser you must create your own style with some single note and use the dong chord.
It's difficult to explain... and you can't use that as normal style, it's ok but with lot of workaround.
