Hello,
I have stored all my MP3- and MIDI-Files on a NAS-Storage-Drive in my network.
In Windows 10 I have connected this NAS-Storage with a Drive-Letter and access is
possible from Windows-Explorer.
If I start vArranger2 and click on LOAD all Network-drives are not shown in the list.
VArranger shows only local drive-letters.
How can I solve this problem ?
Thomas
This is very strange.
Try to write your drive letter in the text zone.
Ex. Y:\ and press enter
No, Z:\ brings an error "Drive Z:\ does not exist". But the UNC-Form \\Server\folder\ is accepted.
This post is probably talking about your problem

you can fix it your self by forcing windows to make the network drives available to standart and administrator acounts:
1 - run regedit
2. - locate HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Policies/System
3 - create a new DWORD entry with the name EnableLinkedConnections and value 1.
4 - restart your computer
5 - now you can see and use network drives with these installers or applications.
