I created this topic for special oriental users who detune some notes (-50) in real time when playing music
Do Varranger2 can do that easly? the ocatve panel for Scale need to be always visible it is possible?

Just clik on OPTIONS/ARABIC SCALE to see the arabic scale screen.
You can detune any key by -50 or clik on OFF to come back to normal tuning.

But what MIDI sound module do you plan to use?

i plan to buy a SD2 as you recomanded but if there is any other better module for oriental sound i think it is better

It is a good idea to get the Ketron SD2.
I want to sample the PSR-OR700 arabic kits to complete the Ketron SD2 sounds
So vArranger will load the Yamaha PSR-OR700 styles, and will play everything by the Ketron SD2, and the drumkits by a virtual sampler on the PC.

it is very good idea to sample yamaha OR700
i have onother idea ; give the user the possiblity to use his own samples
for example the user put samples like C1.wav , C#1.wav.... in directory Kit_oriental for exemple
from the varranger give user possibility to load sample kit from a list for canal 9 & 10
what do you think?
