I have a varranger  v1.16,i just need to update to v1.17 ...
Do i have to bay varranger again,or i can update on some other way ?

No, vArranger update 1.18 is Free for everyone who bought vArranger once. No need to buy it a second time.
When someone buy vArranger, he gives me his name on the forum, so I can send him updates. But you are not in the list.
I will contact you privately to check and register your license number
