Hi all,
I just got finished making my cabinet out of red oak board and staining it cherry, then finished with gloss urethane.
Speakers are Behringer (2) 15" plus horn tweeters in each cabinet.
I also have a 15" Audio Research sub-woofer 600Watts RMS with a Kevlar speaker cone.
My mixer I use at home is this Behringer. The one I use gigging is a Behringer PMP-6000.
The Amp is a Behringer 2000 Watts RMS.
The computer is a Gateway 21" all-in-one with a touch screen. Works great.
And the keyboards are M-Audio 88es.
Regards,
Gerard

Crazy man !!

I will add your setup picture to the vArranger's gallery.

Très belle configuration Gérard, j'aimerai savoir si tu utilises l'Audya4 comme générateur sonore de vArranger² ?

Cordialement

Very beautiful configuration Gérard, I shall like knowing if you use Audya4 as sound generator of vArranger² ?

Hello louguit,
I can use the Audya 4 with vArranger.
I can't play the Audya 4 sytles unless I unhook vArranger.
I think it is because of using 2 keyboards.
I am getting an SD2 to use just for the vArranger.

Gerard

Very nice setup. What is that quik lok thing above your foot pedals ?

Gerard

That is a Quik Lok shelf. I can put my mixer and amp on it if there is just a little space to setup.

jimmiez

I need something like that...thanks for sharing...

The pedals fs 13 ketron Can you run the program directly via USB

Gerard

From what I remember, the FS13 pedals have a 15 pin connector and no USB port.
I use the Behringer FSB1010 and works fine

This does not have the usb port how can you use it?

Gerard

I had the FS13 pedal hooked to the Audya when I still had the Audya.

The Behringer FSB1010, I connect using a midi cable.
I have a USB MIDI cable with a MIDI IN plug and a MIDI OUT plug.

In vArranger, for 2nd MIDI IN, I select USB Midi Interface.
That connects the FSB1010 to vArranger.
In OPTIONS/CONTROLLER, I assign what I what to the switches or pedals.

There is another TOPIC on connecting the FSB1010 on here, that tells you how to hook it up.

I have a usb midi cable in and out. In one added on accordion and midi out to sd2. For the pedals FSB1010 I have to use another cable?

Gerard

I do not know if you can use two USB midi cables.
In theory it should work.
I only have to use one.
This is something that maybe Dan could answer about using 2 USB midi cables.
Sorry I can't help you further.

Hi Gerard,

Amazing setup. I wish I could hear your sound. I know it must be great.

Not many people anymore will go to that extreme to get that level of sound.

If you ever get around to it and make a video, I would love hear and see you play.

John

Gerard

Hi John,
That setup you saw was when I had my Audya.

I have a new setup now:

M-audio 88es keyboard
Yamaha Motif XS rack.
TC Helicon Voicelive 2 (for vocal harmonies)
Korg NanoKontrol2
Behringer X1222 USB mixer (with effects)
Dell XPS 18 Touch Screen computer
(2) QSC K12 speakers
Shure SM58 microphone.

I am working everything out now with different tests.
When I am ready, I will be making a video showing the setup and explain the connections to make it work.
I use primarily Yamaha styles and found the Yamaha Motif Rack gave me better sounds than the SD1000.
I had a TYROS 4, just sold it, and wanted to get as close as I could to that sound.

Dan

You can use many MIDI/USB on the same computer.
