New : Joystick Support

On the next version (0.86) we added the joystick support.

vArranger can be controlled by a wired or wireless (low cost) Joystick/gamepad/Pedal !

The first intention is to allow to connect the pedalboards Ketron FS6 and FS13 to control vArranger.

We will test it tomorrow and let you know.
