Joystick as midi input device

How do I clear an entry of the Joystick control, if I want to change it to another button on the joystick?

From vArranger2 software:
Options ->
  Controllers ->
     Scroll down to the controller function number you want to change, click the entry ->
        Click "No Joystick Control" on the right to clear the current setting. 
           Then press the button of your joystick that you want to control this function, the corresponding joystick value will be set.
