Transferring varranger from hard drive

Hello everyone I have saved varranger to my external hard drive and then had my laptop cleaned up, I am now on windows 10 having been on windows 7. I'm having trouble getting varranger loased back from the hard drive onto my laptop again. It does begin to load but reverts back to the desktop again. Can you help please?

No I did reply to that email but I still cant manage to open varranger even on the external hard drive
