How to upload styles to vArranger?

I am a newbie and needs guidance on how to upload styles to vArranger file system.
I appreciate step by step direction from download, unzipping to creating folders and loading it to vArranger.

Once you download styles, and unzip them, you can use the LOAD button to simply load one independent style or include them in the vArranger's MY SONGS bar by copying folders of styles into the \vArrangerData\Styles\StylesROM1\ folder close to the vArranger program

On the vArranger's main screen, you can click on the MY SONGS label, to be able to go into this folder.
You can also refresh the songs displaying if you add them in Windows

I noticed I have vArranger2(2) and vArranger2XG(2)  folders, which one should i use?

vArranger2 folder has more styles
