Which sound sample format we can use in vArranger2? I heard about
"Soundfont" samples. Can we use wav. samples also?

Soundfont only.
For other format you can use vsti.

It is easy to include all the wav of your instrument inside one SF2 file with the free software www.polyphone.fr
