I still don't think my set up is right. Here is what I think I have.
- I am running on 1.14 and the manual is 1.15. It think Dan said there was a reason for that.
- I am running midi out of my Axiom 49 into the Ketron SD4 Midi in 1.
- I also have the USB plugged in because otherwise the Varranger doesn't seem to recognize my normal Ketron Ports midi ports.
- I am still getting some strange messages like 2-ERRIRnO 5 In Style Events.
- I get some really wierd instruments sounds in some of the Ketron styles.
Any suggestions on what I might be doing wrong. I am sure it is something simple.
I have attached a picture of my Midi Ports if that helps.

You have 2 choices with the sd4 : midi or usb.
If you go for usb, on midi ports, don't select 'ketron sd4 midi 2' like you did, but the line above : 'Ketron sd4', and unplug the direct midi cable
If you go for midi, select axiom midi for midi out.
If you have some weird sound, just send me one style who sounds bad or display errors
