I do not understand your question, but if you used Paypal to purchase, all should be OK.
If I remember well, I also bought it that same way.

I activated on monday Apr 8, and I still have not received software.

So I think I just want a refund, thank you.

Hang in there.  Dan is a very reputable guy and the support he provides for all of us is outstanding.  It is not uncommon to get answers to questions from him the same day you post them.

Mark, I use the Ketron SD2 sound module with vArranger and it is pretty  darn neat.  Some folks use the Ketron SD1000.  What are your plans?
