Thanks for the test. How do you think the three models compare with one another yourself? I have an SD40 and SD4.

very good test.

You did only compare GM Sounds?

In my opinion the rank is:

1. place for SD40 with best sound quality
2. place for SD1000
3. Place for SD2 with worst sound quality

I can only hear minor differences in sound quality!

But i can see major difference in price!

I use with VA2 only a SD1000 as my master soundmodule and a ,,V3 Sonority XXL" (new version from V3Sound Austria) as expansion module for all special sounds (many organs like hammond, theater organ, german organ, Accordion, Swiss sounds, classic orchestra and alpine sounds).

Yes, this is just a GM test, it's much better when it comes to audiodrums.
I will make another test.
