What size USB drive do I need?
Can other stuff be on it?

You can use any USB size. It can have any files on it.

I would suggest to update your Ketron SD1000, because it is needed for smooth arranger chords transition

USB drive is in the slot, and the program you sent in the e-mail is run...I guess next is you send me the vA2.
